What is life coaching?
Life coaching is a supportive process that focusses on personal development and serves as a guide on your life journey. It is not mental health treatment or clinical care.

How long are the coaching sessions?
Sessions are 50 minutes in length.

Do I need to prepare anything?
It is useful to think about what you would like to focus on before the beginning of each session.

What is the usual frequency of sessions?
Session frequency is at each woman’s discretion and need. Most begin with weekly sessions and move on to fortnightly or monthly when they are ready.

Where do sessions take place?
Sessions are held online, by phone or in person. As soon as your booking is confirmed you will be sent a secure online link.

How I do I pay for my session?
Personal Coaching  –  An invoice is sent during the week after your session which will include our payment methods and links. Payments can be made via Bank Transfer or use our secure online payment form which accepts all major credit or debit cards.

Group Coaching & Retreats  –  Payments are made in advance of your group coaching sessions or retreats. These can be made via our secure online booking and payment form which accepts all major credit or debit cards.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Personal Coaching – Please give at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your session. If 24 hours are not given, full charge for the session applies unless there has been extenuating circumstances.
Group Coaching and Retreats – These services have cancellation policies according to venue commitments, please refer to the terms and conditions at the time of your booking for this information.

Are online coaching sessions private & secure?
We use doxy.me for our online coaching sessions. This is a well respected platform used by health professionals world wide. It uses state of the art security and encryption protocols to assure data integrity and privacy. All information gathered about you is held securely.
