A Warm Welcome

Full Circle Way is dedicated to guiding and supporting you as a woman navigating your unique path, with the growth, challenges and transitions that can emerge in each season of your life.

My Approach

A full circle is a metaphor for feminine growth and maturity. It also symbolises a sacred space for honouring the soul and wholeness.

Just as the cycles of nature represent continuous evolution, our life follows a similar path of learning and change.

Coming full circle signifies the completion of one phase or chapter in our lives leading to integration and movement forward with a deeper understanding of ourselves, our relationships and the world around us.

My coaching blends wholistic and psychological methods to offer an ethical, safe, bespoke service which align with your personal values, wisdom and direction.

Personal Coaching

My unique women centred coaching is designed for you as a woman stepping into the next part of your life, seeking personal growth, finding a renewed sense of purpose and growing possibilities. You will experience being deeply heard and valued while receiving care and connection.

Group Coaching & Retreats
Kitchen Table Circle

In many cultures the kitchen table signifies a place where women gather. It is a place of togetherness, trust and intimacy where you are known and loved. A special magic and transformation happens when a group of women sit around the table together to sustain and support one another.

Full Circle Way offers a series of uniquely themed group coaching sessions and retreats throughout the year.

Founder & Coach

I’m Susan McHugh (DipAppPsych, MAPsych, DipClinPsych) the founder and creator of Full Circle Way. I am a former clinical psychologist with over 30 years experience as a therapist, teacher, mentor and manager.

In my early professional life I was inspired by the pioneering psychological work of the Swiss therapist, Carl Jung who envisaged personal wellbeing as finding a harmonious balance and integration between the various elements of our inner and outer world.

Over the years I went on to incorporate a range of therapeutic approaches in my work with women across the age span.  And now I find myself coming ‘full circle’ during this second part of my life where I am re invigorated by Jung’s wisdom, his recognition of soul, his appreciation of the reciprocal relationship between humankind and nature and the transforming power of the creative process.

I offer my holistic woman centred coaching method to safely and gently walk alongside you as you seek greater wellbeing, deeper purpose and transformation.
